FREE SHIPPING
Items that ship for free, use ground shipping through USPS and UPS. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Please allow 4-8 business days for fulfillment as certain items are made to order.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
Nation Athletic uses USPS to ship all packages under 1lb and UPS Ground for packages over 1lb. Please reach out if you require expedited shipping and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Transit times may vary. As an estimate please allow between 2-7 business days for transit time.
EXCHANGE & RETURN SHIPPING
If our shipping exchange coverage is purchased, we will cover all shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning the item. Our exchange coverage is available to all US and Canadian customers. Currently, our exchange coverage does not support the rest of the world. Please be sure to reach out if you have any sizing question prior to purchase to avoid incurring any additional shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please allow 5-6 days for handling and processing then an additional 7-14 days for transit time and customs clearance.
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
If you selected a DDP shipping option (Duties and Taxes Paid) you don't need to pay any customs fees when shipping, all customs fees will be calculated and charged at checkout. Therefore you will not have to pay any additional fees.
For all other regions that do not support DDP, or if DDU is selected (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority due upon delivery. Please see below for further information.
WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called 'Customs Duty' that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities if the fees are not charged during the checkout process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your country's specific regulations.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
WHAT IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?
If you decide to refuse the customs fee, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned back to Nation Athletic before processing a refund for your order, and in some instances, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If your order is not returned to sender you may not be eligible for a refund.
